Sensitivity is one of the key aspects of a gaming mouse. It is because it determines whether the mouse will lag or not. Welcome to the HyperX Family. No matter who you are or how you play – We’re All Gamers.
I beg your help please. I bought an amazing pair of HyperX peripherals—TKL keyboard and the Pulsefire Core mouse. I set up a default settings profile and saved it ONTO the mouse through the nGenuity software. Alas, every time I restart my PC, the RGB settings revert to default (cycling through the whole spectrum, while I have a DualColor color cycle saved onto the mouse's memory). Why does the mouse keep doing this and how do I fix it and set it up so that it retains its settings?
Note that I have only ONE SINGLE profile saved onto the onboard memory AND my software is definitely UP-TO-DATE. Both the mouse and the KBD are wonderful pieces of hardware, but I purchased them for their RGB design over other competitors. Now, I am put off by nGenuity's inability to save custom profiles. While my whole system is in RGB sync I can't do the same for the peripherals, since the mouse won't keep its settings. I cba to change it everytime I log into Windows. Please help me.
