Noticed that Red Giant Service was still running in task manager even tho I uninstalled both the maxon app and Cinebench. Tried uninstalling it and, while it worked initially, the file immediately came back. Same with the maxon app. Malware bytes and Windows Defender don't think it's a virus and it seems to be where maxon products go when I reinstall them. How do I delete these things permanently?
Same here. Uninstalled Maxon app but for some reason it's not actually gone. Ran the .bat, uninstalled through programs and features, nada.
Here's the instructions I got from their support. Hopefully they work for you. I ended up reinstalling windows before they replied. Definitely put this company on my shit list. No app should be this hard to get rid of.
